6. What options are available for coaching sessions other than 10 sessions?Since the coaching journey is unique to the client, there are 2 other options: 8 sessions (weekly) which includes the ELI Assessment + ELI debrief. 4 sessions (weekly) which includes the ELI Assessment + ELI debrief.

5. How many coaching sessions are there?The coaching journey is unique to each individual. Therefore, the number of sessions depends on what the client is seeking to accomplish. A minimum of 10 sessions (Weekly or Bi-Weekly) which includes the Energy Leadership Index Assessment + debrief.
